A gift of health
This Black Friday feels especially meaningful to me, and I want to share why.
Over the past year, I stepped into the world of wellness with one goal: To create something real, trustworthy, and worth taking every day. So I partnered with a Harvard-trained doctor, a team of experts I trust, and my son Ian, who cares deeply about long-term health. Together, we built a wellness line rooted in clinically studied ingredients and real results.
Our first product, GLP-1 Support, has quickly become a favorite. It helps reduce cravings, supports a healthy metabolism, and keeps blood sugar steady.
Hearing how it is helping so many of you feel better, more confident, and more in control has been the highlight of this journey.

To say thank you, I am offering our biggest Black Friday savings!
â Save up to 50%, get free shipping, receive a free gift, and enjoy a 30-day happiness guarantee. Donât miss out on this limited-time offer.**
THE CURRENT POWERED BY KIM KOMANDO
Inside the worldâs first AI cyberattack
Can AI commit a crime? Anthropic says its chatbot performed 90% of a cyberattack on its own. Wow. I break down what that means, plus the Louvre break-in, Jeff Bezosâ new job and Black Friday scam alerts.
đ§Â Or listen now wherever you get your podcasts, search for âKomando.â
WEB WATERCOOLER
đ¤Śââď¸ AI isnât your getaway driver: Look, it should be common sense you donât ask an AI chatbot for murder tips. Florida teens must have missed that memo. In recent months, investigators have used chat history to build criminal cases, including one against a 17-year-old whose searches regarding âMexican cartelsâ and painless blood collection exposed his elaborate fake abduction and self-inflicted shooting ruse. Then, a 13-year-old was arrested after school safety software flagged his prompt on âhow to kill a friend in the middle of class,â a search he claimed was merely âtrolling.â As a reminder, ChatGPT will tell on you. Thereâs no client-robot privilege.
Porn, pop-ups, problems: Apparently, hackers decided regular malware wasnât profitable enough and started hiding fake Windows update screens on knockoff adult sites. You click what you think is a hot video, and boom, your browser goes full screen and tells you to run keyboard commands that quietly install data-stealing junk. If this ever happens to you, know Esc backs you out of fake pop-ups, and F11 snaps your browser out of full-screen so you can escape the scam. Or avoid it all and go here instead.
Secret Santa scam trending on social: It supposedly goes like this. Send one anonymous gift, and youâll get dozens in return. Spoiler: Your gift goes straight to a scammer, who wonât even send you coal in return. This pyramid scheme goes by names like âSecret Sisterâ or âSecret Santa Dog.â By the way, please stop asking Santa for the perfect woman. I was almost kidnapped three times today.
You can hire real humans to scrub your personal data off the internet. Seriously. Itâs wild how much of your info is out there, including your birthday, old addresses, political views, medical issues, family members, even your phone number. Thatâs how scammers, spammers and straight-up creeps find you. Incogni sends real people to get your data removed from the worst broker sites. I use it, I trust it. Get 60% off right now.*
Toothpaste and Teslas: Amazon added cars, designer handbags and used Fords to your wish list. One guy impulse-bought a $45K Hyundai like it was deodorant. And luxury brands? Theyâre finally in, because apparently weâre all just one click away from a Birkin. Why? Jeff needs the money.Â
âď¸ Keep it real: I write everything in this newsletter, and hereâs something that made me raise an eyebrow. According to a recent study from Graphite, more than half of all new articles published online are being written by AI. Thatâs a lot of slop! Unlike this fine piece of comedic fun. What do you call a writer who doesnât follow the rules of sentence structure? A rebel without a clause.
DEVICE ADVICE
âĄď¸ 3-second tech genius: When buying gadgets online this Christmas, check the fine print. Scroll down to the Product Details or Warranty & Support section to see whatâs covered and for how long. Some items need registration for the full warranty, while others split coverage between the retailer and the manufacturer. You might get a longer warranty from your credit card, too.
Turn leftovers into something new: Got turkey, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce sitting in the fridge? Type them into a chatbot and ask for recipe ideas based on what you have. Those Thanksgiving scraps could turn into turkey pot pie, cranberry muffins or mashed potato waffles.
Shopping for a laptop? A lot of âbargainsâ are merely stores clearing out old, slow models. Check out my picks. For basic browsing, get a recent one (2023â2025) with an i3/i5 or Ryzen 3/5 processor, 8 GB of RAM and an SSD. If you multitask or game, aim for an i7 or Ryzen 7, 16 GB+ of RAM, and a dedicated graphics card.
đ Search what you miss: If something sells out this Black Friday, thereâs hope. On Chrome, open the page where the itemâs unavailable, right-click in a blank spot and select Search with Google Lens. Drag your mouse over the item, and a panel will pop up on the right with similar products and prices. You might find another store that still has it marked down.
On the hunt for a new TV? Donât grab the biggest one on sale. Stick with 4K, so the picture looks sharp. OLED models give you deep blacks and rich colors, but theyâre pricier. A QLED TV like this one is affordable. And if your kiddos game, look for a 120 Hz refresh rate so they donât lag.
đŹ Driving to a specific store? Type the location into Google Maps first. Youâll see the live busyness level so you know if itâs crowded, as well as an ETA with traffic and detours.
WHAT THE TECH?

𪪠Sketchiest registration ever
Could you imagine this? New York troopers pulled someone over for switched plates and immediately spotted a bigger plot twist. The carâs inspection and registration were completely illustrated. Iâm talking pen, marker, maybe a touch of crayon for depth.Â
Look at the picture. Itâs like the DMV meets community art day. The driver walked away with a stack of tickets, and the car got parked for real this time.
So weâre all clear, you cannot register your car in the State of Imagination.
LOGGING OUT âŚ
The answer: D) Over 75%. Yep, AI-powered cameras track where you walk, how long you stare at that TV and whether your face says, âIâm buying thisâ or âI miss my couch.â Retailers say itâs all about âenhancing the customer experience,â which is corporate-speak for âweâre learning your shopping habits down to your socks.âÂ
đď¸ You know what they say. If youâve seen one retail job, youâve seen the mall. (I promise to do better tomorrow.)
đ Thank you for your support: Seeing how GLP-1 Support is helping so many of you feel better and more confident has meant so much to me. I love that! Black Friday gives you the best chance to save up to 50% with free shipping and get a free gift. Wishing you your healthiest and happiest season yet.**
The #1 tech newsletter in the U.S. is logging off for now, but tomorrow, Iâm back with Box Watch 2025. Iâm going to tell you how to deal with all the boxes hitting your house over the next few weeks so you can easily find receipts and more.
đ You matter. What you do matters. Never forget that. â Kim
